Counselling can offer you the opportunity to have a safe place to talk about your feelings, and to discuss things that you might not feel like you can tell other people.
It is confidential and the counsellor won’t make judgements about you or even offer advice.
The counsellor will help you talk about how you feel and work with you to develop ways to cope and to discover your own solutions to any problems so that you can feel more like yourself.
"Having counselling when I did probably saved my life. I was in a really dark place and didn't know what to do. Having that chance to talk to someone about my loss made all the difference in the world to me and I couldn't be more grateful."
